One of the things we were most excited about when building pixelstick was the idea of stitching multiple lightpainted long exposures into animations. It’s something we hadn’t really seen done before and we were pretty sure pixelstick would allow people to do it competently and compellingly.
Some of the animations below are walked by a person holding a pixelstick. Some were rolled with wheels for extra smooth goodness. A few were even mounted to a slider for dead-on perfect lineups. No matter the method of capture, each one was lovingly crafted by us in and around Brooklyn over the past 2 years.
